Flødeboller are a classic, Danish treat made of soft Italian meringue on a marzipan, wafer or biscuit base covered in chocolate - closely related to foreign cousins like teacakes and walnut whips. Reinvented by KUFstudios we have continued our fascination of the stone surfaces used in KUFcakes and created KUFpuffs - geometric flødeboller, inspired by and imitating stone and concrete surfaces. Eating a KUFpuff is like biting into chocolate covered, sweet stone cloud. KUFpuffs are glutenfree, suitable for vegetarians and made using natural ingredients and colourings. Some of them are even lactose free and we're working on a vegan option.
