KUfcakes

KUFcakes are bespoke luxury cakes designed in close cojunction with the client. Using a marzipan printer it is possible to print patterns and imagery onto marzipan and fondant and cover the cakes to make edible sculptures that fit their surroundings. Taste is as important as the look and the cakes should be conversation starters and trigger our curiosity and interaction with each other.

Cones

Turquoise pyramid

Rhubarb and whipped, white chocolate/dark rum ganache, lemon cake and covered in hand marbled turquoise marzipan.

First cake tests. Mix of fondant and marzipan. Some printed some hand marbled.
